Your problem seems to be that you either have a keyboard that is not connecting to the desired machine (and should therefore be reset), or that there is another Mac nearby Working... As far as Bluetooth technology is concerned, there is no requirement for the device, such as a keyboard, to have any settings that might need resetting.
