If the blower motor is getting power but the motor still won’t run, replace it. By its age, it's possible a seal has split and allowed water in somewhere or something has shorted. Condenser fan wasn't coming on when unit start, replaced fan motor and it came with cap for just the fan itself, installed and still have to help fan along to work. The thermostat was replaces this morning but it did not help. Loading... I was able to manually start the fan and cool our house after being away during a really hot day.
The furnice sounds normal but I don't know if the blower is working. First, check the fan blades. The capacitor looks good, and since the fan spins right up when I reset the circuit breaker, I'm assuming it's not the capacitor. I am unsure of what "SW" mean in this case?
